About Warrior Princess

Warrior Princess is created by Claudia Klein,  personal trainer, online coach, WBFF Bikini Diva & comp prep coach, actress and sports model (represented by WINK). She has been competing since 2013 and developed her knowledge on body recomposition since.  She has been featured in Australia's Women's Health and Fitness Magazine, Vogue Australia and been on campaigns for F45 and Nike (and more campaigns that are not related to fitness). She is currently sponsored by RSP Nutrition and she is prepping for the upcoming WBFF International PRO/AM show in Australia. 

The concept of Warrior Princess is a place for women to learn and develop their physical strength, with the focus on emotional healing and mentality development. Physical strength and success comes from the strength of the mind and emotional stability.

"Warrior Princess was a real eye opener to see how strong I could be with weights! Claudia would push me to work as hard as I could, but in an encouraging way and with realistic limits. Her focus has been on correcting form and doing the exercises properly. We were always productive, but still having fun and in a friendly environment.

I am naturally slim, so I didn’t want to lose weight. I wanted to learn and do exercises that would generally tone me whilst keeping a slim physique. The only target area I had was my bum! It seemed to be my stubborn body part, no matter how much I tried myself to tone up my bum. Literally within just a few weeks of working on it with Claudia twice a week, I would have friends noticing how toned and perky it had all of a sudden become!

Claudia taught me the appropriate exercises to do on my own from then on, and how to apply the correct technique to keep my bum in shape and using weights.

I was never scared of using weights in the fear of bulking up, as many women are. However it was a real eye opener to see how strong I could be with weights!
