10-month program
This beautiful newly mum started the Warrior Princess program and learned to adopt a lifestyle that will get her to lose weight and to keep it off. Until today she is still lean, very active and loves running around after her baby and live her best life as a healthy fit mum.
6-week online program
This gorgeous client has never committed to a training program or nutrition plan. She has never touched weights before until she started with Warrior Princess. Within 6 weeks of full commitment she saw the results quite quickly.
She is still training weights today and training to continue to grow her muscles while staying lean.
Competition Prep
Growing muscles at the right places takes knowledge and a long term commitment. By utilising the right exercises at the right amount and at the right amount of macros and calories, muscles can be shaped to your own body recomposition goals. In this case, it was to build the ideal bikini body with strong legs, strong back and lean tummy.
